We regret that you have decided to cancel your hosting account with Webcountry. If there is anything we can do to change your mind, please contact our Customer Service Team.

This is THE ONLY WAY to cancel your account with us. No calls or emails to any department will preserve any deadlines according to our user agreement.

If your account is over 30 days old, NO REFUND can be given, as per our user agreement.

If your account is 30 days old or less, you are entitled to a refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Your prepaid hosting fees will be refunded to your credit card on file within 1-2 weeks of this request. Membership fees, Setup fees or Domain Registration charges and any additional services like, ie. extra email accounts, extra web space, MySQL DB, Secure Server Certificate, URL Promotion, CGI Script Installation, etc. are always non refundable.
